Supplier terms
Basic framework for listing professional inventory within the Fixformed marketplace.
Important: These terms form part of the marketplace test version and should be reviewed with legal counsel before the final commercial launch.
1. Professional scope
The supplier portal is intended for businesses and professionals lawfully trading spare parts or components for medical equipment. Onboarding is subject to validation by FIXFORMED SYSTEMS S.L..
2. Inventory and accuracy
The supplier confirms that it is authorized to offer listed items and that the reference, manufacturer, condition, availability, compatibility, photographs, price and other supplied information are accurate and can be substantiated. Serial numbers or other confidential information must not be placed in public fields.
3. Public presentation
Fixformed may normalize, translate, group and present several offers sharing the same manufacturer + part number on one product page. The supplier commercial identity may be omitted from the public catalogue to provide a unified experience. This does not prevent the seller, manufacturer, contractual party or any other information required by law from being disclosed to the buyer where applicable.
4. Review and removal
Fixformed may review, correct, suspend or remove listings that are incomplete, duplicated, inaccurate, unverifiable or incompatible with the platform quality and safety criteria.
5. Enquiries and transactions
Customer enquiries are received and coordinated through Fixformed. Final acceptance of a transaction depends on confirmation of availability, condition, compatibility, price, taxes, transport, warranty and specific terms. A public listing by itself does not constitute an irrevocable contractual offer.
6. Commission
The initial reference rate is 12%, unless otherwise agreed with the supplier. The applicable commission, calculation basis, accrual, invoicing and settlement method must be confirmed in the commercial terms agreed between Fixformed and the supplier before final live trading.
7. Logistics, warranty and returns
The supplier must comply with the lead times and conditions confirmed for each transaction and provide appropriate packaging, documentation and traceability. Specific responsibilities for shipping, warranty, returns and claims will be set out in each transaction or commercial agreement.
8. Intellectual property and photographs
The supplier confirms it may use the photographs, descriptions and materials uploaded and authorizes Fixformed to reproduce them, adapt their format and display them to operate and promote the marketplace while the listing is active and for the time reasonably required to manage transactions already underway.
9. Personal data
Account and contact data are processed under the privacy policy. Suppliers must avoid uploading third-party personal data that is not necessary for the transaction.
